We use your verified email, name, phone, address, delivery instructions and meal preferences to manage your account and deliver lunches. Birthday and previous-provider information are optional. Sign-in services may provide profile information that you can review.

Our managed sign-in provider handles passwords and email verification. Card and PayPal details are handled by payment providers; we retain payment references and, when you consent, a saved payment-method reference and the last four card digits.

For partially covered postal areas, you confirm a delivery location on a map. We store that point with your order and any later address update. OpenStreetMap supplies street tiles and receives the technical information needed to display the viewed map; we do not send it your name or street-address text.

Operational records are stored in our hosted database and delivery photos in protected object storage. Authorized staff access information needed for their roles. Optional advertising tags run only after you accept marketing cookies. You can change your choice using Cookie preferences.
