What comes in my tiffin?
Choose Veg, Non-Veg or Combo, then select a portion. Each option lists the roti, rice and curry quantities included. The weekly menu tells you which dishes to expect.
Do I have to order every weekday?
No. Choose one to five weekdays. Weekly and monthly plans adjust to the days you select, and your total updates before you pay.
Can I skip a day or pause my plan?
Yes. Open your lunch account to update upcoming deliveries. A skipped lunch moves to a later available date, and eligible shared-delivery savings are recalculated.
Are tax and delivery really included?
Yes. Your displayed total includes tax and standard delivery. Choose Interac e-Transfer for an additional 2% saving. Multiple tiffins at one address receive $3.00off each shared delivery day.
What if I need a refund?
Request a refund from your account. You will receive confirmation that it has been received, and our team will review it before any refund is issued.
